INGREDIENTS: 225g (8oz) Skinned Smoked Mackerel Fillets, Flaked 55g (2oz) Soft Cheese 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion Sautéd Until Cooked 1 Teaspoon Horseradish Sauce A little cream to Bind Dash Lemon Juice Black Pepper
HEALTHY HINTS: Use low fat soft cheese instead of full fat soft cheese. Use skimmed milk instead of cream to bind.
