- Roll the fish
fillets, skinned side up and place in a shallow
dish in a single layer.
- Mix the wine, stock
and lemon juice and pour over the fish.
Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Remove the fillets,
cover and keep warm. Keep the liquid.
- Beat the egg yolks
and cream together in a small bowl.
Whisk in the reserved liquid.
- Add the grapes and
cover. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir,
microwave for a futher minute.
- Season the sauce,
pour over the fillets and serve with fresh
vegetables.
