Matt – Director
The Master Fishmonger. Matt joined the family business straight out of education in 1992. Matt is present on the fish market everyday, ensuring Jacksons gets the best quality fish.
The face of the future! Having recently completed a 3 year professional cookery course, Lewis brings an innovative and contemporary passion to the company, particularly in fish cooking. Lewis aspires to one day become a Director of Jacksons, just like his Dad, Matt.
Whilst still at school, Ben joined the company in 2007, he was the traditional Saturday boy! Upon finishing his education, he joined the company full time. Ben is also a buyer for the company.
Juozas has been Jackson’s logistics technician since 2015. Juozas joined the team from another local fish processor which had ceased trading, ensuring his skills did not go to waste.
All our staff are skilled fishmongers and smokers. What one doesn’t know, the other will.
