Jacksons Smoked Chicken and Duck Breasts are marinaded overnight in their secret recipes, before being Oak Smoked to bring out our their distinguishable flavour.

These products are ready to eat, so can used as the statement piece for a vibrant salad or warmed through to be enjoyed when cooler.

Jacksons does also smoke meat for local butchers, so you may have come across our Traditional Oak Smoke flavour before.
