The meat is found in both the claws and the body, offering a delightful contrast between the tender white flesh and the more intense, flavourful brown meat. Our cock crabs are boiled here at Jacksons and can be served simply with melted butter or incorporated into a variety of dishes, from seafood pasta to salads.
