Maison Perard – Fish Soup

One of the most reputed French fish soups prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet – high in fish content, gluten free, 100% natural and superb flavour.

Perard soupe de poissons makes a delicious French starter or light main for one and you can also add pieces of fish or prawns, mussels, to make a sort of bouillabaisse.

Simply warm up gently in a saucepan and enjoy! Goes well with croutons and rouille and optional grated Emmental cheese.
