Chilli Jam is not South Devon Chilli Farm’s best seller for no reason. Due to it’s exquisite taste and versatility, the Chilli Jam partners excellently with White fish and Oily fish alike.

This Jam works well as either a marinade or dipping sauce, but our favourite is when it is used to coat Salmon for oven baking, perfect on a winters night.
