Altonaer Tobiko refers to flying fish roe, a type of caviar often used as a topping for sushi and other dishes.

Tobiko has a slightly salty and briny flavour, with a characteristic “pop” when eaten. Tobiko can come in a variety of colours and can be flavoured with Wasabi, Soy or other seasonings.
