Chilli Jam is not South Devon Chilli Farm’s best seller for no reason. Due to it’s exquisite taste and versatility , the Chilli Jam partners excellently with White fish and Oily fish alike.

This Jam works well as either a marinade or dipping sauce, but our favourite is when it is used to coat Salmon for oven baking, perfect on a winters night.
